Joseph P. Kesler

Joe focuses on assisting clients with all facets of commercial and residential real estate transactions.

A large portion of Joe’s practice is devoted to assisting investors and developers with title searches and other due diligence matters for acquisition projects as well as refinances and construction loans.

Joe regularly works with clients in the acquisition and sale of raw acreage, office buildings, shopping centers, condominium units, and single-family residences.

Joe also assists landlords and tenants in the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases.
