Emily C. Stellman

Emily was born in Maryland and has lived most of her life in Raleigh, North Carolina.

During law school, Emily clerked with law firms in western North Carolina and externed with a global wellbeing solutions company headquartered in Raleigh. She was also an Articles Editor for the North Carolina Journal of International Law. After law school, Emily worked for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she served as a Higher Education Law Fellow in the Office of University Counsel.

Emily’s primary areas of practice are real estate and estate planning.
